ADULT HEBREW FOR BEGINNERS
AND BAR AND BAT MITZVAH CLASS
This is a class for adults who know no Hebrew and want to learn how to read the prayer book and enjoy services more. For those adults who have never become Bar or Bat Mitzvah this is a class that will begin the preparations for this wonderful adult experience. You can take just the 'learn Hebrew; part without becoming Bar/Bat Mitzvah.

BASIC JUDAISM CLASS
This class is open to all but it is required for people wanting to convert to Judaism.

For many years the Rabbi has offered this course on Saturday mornings, but this year it will be offered on Thursday evenings. This class will be held on the second and fourth Thursday nights of the month at 8:00 pm. There will be approximately fifteen sessions. The class is a review of Jewish belief, customs and holidays, life cycle rituals and their meanings, history, spirituality and prayer. This is a class not only for those who are Jewish and wish to learn what they never knew but also a conversion class for those who wish to become Jewish. There will be a $100 charge for books.

If there are other classes you would like the Temple to offer, please contact Rabbi Moss.
