Our Sisterhood New Year is about to begin.  We would like to extend a warm welcome to all of our B’nai Israel women to join us for an exciting year.  We have been busy all summer planning interesting activities and speakers for 2007-08.  We have our dates for our Children’s Chanukah party, we have stocked our Judaica shop, started collecting for our Chinese Auction, and we have planned our welcome back nights.

If you have never been a member of Sisterhood or have never attended one of our meetings please consider doing so this year.   I can promise you will enjoy your temple’s Sisterhood women and will very quickly feel at home.  You will never sit alone when you are with us.

Sisterhood is a very important arm of our temple.  Aside from the friendships you will make, you will enjoy taking part in our Outreach endeavors, general meetings, cooking classes, book discussions, game night, craft night, and more.

We want you to experience the feeling of belonging that we all share.  We want you to enjoy sharing time with Jewish women like yourself.  We want you to look forward to coming out on a Tuesday night to our meetings. Watch our web site, temple bulletin and e mails for events.    We assure you wonderful discussion, lots of laughs, and many new friends.

We need you to make our new year a success.   Your membership and participation will make our goals possible.  Please be sure to join us at our Paid Up Membership Dairy Dinner prepared by our very own board, on Tuesday, October 16 at 7:30pm.  Watch our website for details and please be there.
